This movie is based on the life of Vikram, also known as Sulthan (played by Karthi), a motherless child who is raised by criminals who work for his father. Sulthan adores these criminals and treats them as his brothers but loathes their violent lifestyle. After his father’s death, the responsibility of these 100 criminals comes to the shoulders of Sulthan. He sees it as an opportunity to turn the wheel of their lives and takes an oath to teach them a civilized way of living. Sulthan promises himself to make his brothers’ life free of any violence. However, it is not an easy task. Sulthan falls in love with a village girl, Rukmani (played by Rashmika Mandanna). It is when his life starts to take an unexpected turn. How will Sulthan handle this situation? Will he be able to protect his brothers’ from violence and police operations?
